Schedule
The L.A.S.S.I.E. Scheduler Module provides an overview of all scheduled duties and events, to aid Dispatchers and Executive staff.
"Autofill ODS-C"
The button at the top of the schedule "Autofill ODS-C" allows the scheduler to quickly fill any "§C ODS" shifts. (ODS = On Duty Squad)
The idea is that this script will:
- Read the schedule for any shifts that start with "§C: ODS"
- Read the schedule for any shifts that coincide with a §C: ODS shift and start with §R: ODS
- Book any operative who is already booked on the §R shift into the §C Shift.
The important part is that the shift titles need to start with §C: ODS or §R: ODS. What comes after that is up to you and not relevant for the script.
Off Duty Shifts
When planning your shift schedule, you can add an "Off Duty" shift. In order for these shifts to properly get marked as "Off Duty" the title must be "OFF DUTY" (all caps, no "-"), and the "Units Required" must be set to "0".
Note that if you have properly set it up, it will automatically change the color of the shift to "White".
